Job Description:
L'Oreal is seeking an Experienced Product Manager for HR, who will be stationed in Saudi Arabia. This position offers the opportunity to work with one of the world's largest cosmetics and beauty brands, helping manage and innovate our human resources products and strategies. We are seeking a candidate who has significant experience in HR management and development, a keen understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading the strategy for HR products and initiatives, and aligning this with our corporate roadmap and objectives.
2. Understanding our stakeholders' needs and translating these into practical and innovative HR solutions.
3. Overseeing the development and execution of HR products and projects from conception to implementation.
4. Collaborating with HR teams, business leaders and product teams to successfully deliver HR initiatives.
5. Proactively research, analyze, and monitor market trends in the beauty industry and local market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
6. Incorporating data-driven insights to make informed decisions impacting the HR department.
7. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that the HR products align with the needs of the business.
8. Driving continuous improvement in HR processes, systems and practices.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
2. Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field required. Master's degree is a plus.
3. Proven experience in HR product management in the Saudi Arabian market.
4. Strong knowledge and understanding of HR processes, policies, and laws in Saudi Arabia.
5. Excellent project management skills with a focus on execution and problem-solving.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in both Arabic and English required
8. Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is desirable.
